I am a technician doing a foundation degree course. I need to know about VoIP call centres.Scenario A 12 PC call centre that will be making and receiving calls from the public. I need to know what hardware and software and any special requirements are needed. Any web links would be greatly appreciated.Thanks
Call Centres set up in india.. what do you think of them?
Are you happy with the service you get from the Indian call centres?What about other concerns such as security of your personal financial information..After watching this programme on Channel 4 about Call centres in India I think the sensitive financial information of all individuals are in great danger.. All the high street banks,insurers, mobile phone companies who took their call centres outsourced..in their language to India to cut costs should take their customers privacy rights more seriously and look into ways of bringing back the lost trust. What are your ideas?
