Do I need a license to show short videos in a call centre in the UK?
It is part of my plan to not only motivate but put staff in a good frame of mind before they start work. I was hoping to do this by showing a different short video each day, of random staff choice, from maybe youtube or pop videos. Not sure about the copyright and licensing laws with regards to this.
Why would your picture be taken at an interview for a call centre ? (london)?
I interviewed for a customer service position and my picture was taken I had not undergone the complete interview process yet and i have not been offered the position,still waiting for the feedback There is a third part of the interview after you are offered the position Why was my picture taken?
Has a false economy been created by moving call centres out of the UK?
now then one phoned up my service help desk and it was abroad, now then the standard response time for problem solving is THREE days. one remembers the good ole days when engineers were UK based and would pop round to do the upgrades etc, now they have to be booked sourced etc and takes far too much time. comments ta.
Have job interview next week for a inbound call centre job?
and i know i'll muck it up by not answering questions the way they want. ive st ffed up before and i prefer a retail job but they prefer younger staff, so im stuck with call centre work, my fear is failure in the job kpi's etc.how do i have a great interview and be positive about it
