What times can a call centre call?
HiMy partner works in a call centre, as do i. We are not permitted to call residential numbers before 11am. However, she is required to dial residential numbers from 9am, even on a Sunday. Does anyone know the legality of this? Are there certain times you are not allowed to call residential numbers?Thanks in advanceDusty

Hi , My Name is Emmanuel and I have 4.3 Years Experience in International call centres . I'm looking for some genuine outsourcing companies which can allow me to do a home based call centre executive job . I have all the facilities required including a Landline Connection , three Mobile Connections and access to a 1 mbps Broadband connection . I searched in the internet and found one site called callkaire.com but am not sure if it is genuine or not .
Uk call center still indian?
All theses conpanies are moving their call centres back to the uk but still seem to hire hard to understand Indians who barely speak a word of English outside their given script. Why bother having uk based ones if you still can't understand them
