I got an interview for a call centre soon?
I had a call yesterday asking me to attend an interview at Swift Credit. This is going to be my first real interview, and I haven't had experience in a call centre previously i mentioned this in the cover letter . What are the most common questions they ask in a call centre interview? I asked if I needed to take anything to the interview and they said no, but should I take anything? Just need an idea what to expect, thanks.
What do you do if you right a call centre but can't understand each other?
Ringing my mobile network, and i'm trying to explain to this woman that what she was telling me to do had already been done to my faulty phone, and she started saying I had to try it with her this time, and she was starting to annoy me, she couldn't understand me and i couldn't understand her, and i hung up and tried to find somebody English.What would you do in that situation?
Setting up a call centre business?
What do you need ? From desks and chairs to software ? Like recording software would that have to be installed on every computer you wish to monitor ? And how does it record ? What's the best software ?

Hi, I need some advice on which job to choose and would like to hear some stories from people who have done either job? I have recently left a beauty salon which I was managing, after 5 years I found the whole job a bit tedious I am about to start a job in an elderly care home, I have done caring before and really enjoyed it I love working people As you can see but I have also been offered a job in a call centre, i have never worked I a call centre before but have heard they are high turn over jobs. The money is better in the call centre but that does not really bother me as money is not an issue. The hours are alot more sociable though? Have you done both? Either? What was your experience like in these careers? Thanks in advance
Does 3mobile have English people in their call centres?
I'm having problems with my current contract, and one problem is, i can't speak to anybody English.I am thinking of moving to 3, but If i was to ring 3mobile, would i get somebody English?

I am from Betul MP India I want to open a call centre in Betul but I don't have any idea about that. Please tell me the entire procedure,expenditure,time duration etc. And I think that there are 2 types of call centres " web based" and " voice based" what are the differences between them?
